5- If some staff members are arguing, what would you do?
I would listen to both sides of the story and help establish a compromise between the staff members. I would then report the issue to an administrator or JoJo The owner of ResureMS.

6- If someone is breaking the rules/hacking, what would you do to that person?
If they are hacking i would ban them and report it to Jojo right away. If they are breaking the rules (for example glitching) i would give them a warning, followed by a jail, and then a ban, of course i would ban only if they repeatedly break the rules.


7- Would you do and or follow the orders a higher ranked staff member gives you?
I would follow all the rules a higher ranked staff member gives unless the order includes breaking the rules or if it includes abuse of a player without reason.

8- Why should we choose you?
You should choose me because i am a hard working, loyal and active player. I am always willing to help, and always ready to solve any problems the server has.

9- If you get hired, and become part of the staff:

9.a- If a close friend asks you for an item, would you give it to that friend?
No i would not, and i would not for only 1 reason: Because it is against the rules.

9.b- Would you give items away?
Once again no because it is against the rules. Unless of course they win an event.

10- Summarize yourself/ Describe yourself:
I am honest, caring, and hardworking. I like playing soccer and helping others. I am 16 years old and i make friends pretty quickly. If you want to know more about me simply ask me what you want to know. As long as it is not to personal.


11- Do you follow the rules / orders?
Yes i follow rules and orders. (p.s. i think this question repeats some of the previous ones.)

12- Are you loyal(You stay in one server and only work for that one)?
As a regular player i feel i have the right to explore different servers. If i do get hired i will most likely stay on ResureMS.

13- Have you ever been part of the staff(Jr GM/GM/Admin) in any other server?
Yes i have, a couple actually.

14- Please provide us with proof:

What I meant with the "loyal" question was if you only worked for one server. I don't mind if you join another one as a player, but I mind if you are a GM on 2 servers at the same time. Why? Because I feel like you're either getting too much work, or not doing enough work. Other than that I think it's a good App, the team will re-make a decision soon Good luck
