Daves application.

5- If some staff members are arguing, what would you do?
Usually in a case like this, the staff members should be and usually are mature enough to handle it themselves. If not the case, I would report the situation to a higher authority. If none is present, I would try to pursue my job and take care of the problem. I would do so by first finding out the problem and not be biased upon anything irrational, hear both sides, give opinions to both, and let the situation falter on its own.
6- If someone is breaking the rules/hacking, what would you do to that person?
This would all depend on the degree of offense. I would accordingly give the abuser the necessary punishment, and go on with my job.
7- Would you do and or follow the orders a higher ranked staff member gives you?
I would follow any decree given to me by the superior staff.
8- Why should we choose you?
I am definitely more than eligible for this position and am eager for the results of this application. I have a lot to offer in addition to your staff. You won't regret it.
9- If you get hired, and become part of the staff:
a- If a close friend asks you for an item, would you give it to that friend?:
This being a trick question, in the situation where someone winning an event asking for the item of choice, and him/her being a close friend, yes. Other than fairly obtaining the item, I wouldn't.
b- Would you give items away?:
To anyone who fairly won it from an event, yes.
To anyone begging/asking for it with hardly a reason, no.
10- Summarize yourself/ Describe yourself:
I am a Down-To-Earth kind of guy. I'm Vegetarian. I love Kids, and my hobbies include(outside of maple): Reading. I am a book addict. It's unbelievable how much time I waste reading. Its an obsession that I am definitely proud of. I am also a cross country runner. I run as much as I can. I try to stay fit, and I love racing. (In-game:) I love participating in events, I do whatever I can to help out and I like competing against other players.
11- Do you follow the rules / orders?
Yes.
12- Are you loyal(You stay in one server and only work for that one)?
Yes. ResureMS is the only server that I have ever applied for. I like this server a lot and I think that gaining experience here is a great idea.
13- Have you ever been part of the staff(Jr GM/GM/Admin) in any other server?
As I stated before, no.
